Dungarees + Statement Blouse + Bright Knit + Colourful Accessories

I know I’m not the only one who gets excited to pull out the dungarees when the weather cools down. This pair from Joanie and tried and tested by Suzanne (and a few others in the group) has quickly become a go-to.

It’s easy to feel like dungarees lean a bit too playful or veer into full-on utility mode, which is why I love pairing them with something unexpected, like I have here with a pretty blouse and a fun collar. It softens the look without losing any of the comfort.

I pulled this outfit together with Winter palettes in mind, hello blue, white, and cherry red, but the punchy colours keep things feeling light and joyful. A great grab-and-go outfit that still feels like you made an effort.

Ideas for when it gets chillier:

Add thermal tights or leggings under the dungarees (you won’t even be able to notice them)
Swap the blouse for a fine-knit roll neck.
Add a padded jacket or oversized coat in navy or camel.
Layer a hat and scarf onto the outfit.
