What if I need technical help or can’t log in?
Don’t worry, tech hiccups happen! The quickest way to get help is to email me at hello@joyfullydressed.co.uk with the details of the problem. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can and make sure you’re sorted.
If it’s a login issue, first try the “Forgot Password” link on the Teachable login page (you’ll see it just below the box where you enter your password). Enter the email you signed up with, and Teachable will send you a reset link. That fixes most login issues right away.
