I always love drawing your attention to brands you might not have come across before… and Gorman is such a good one.

Gorman is an Australian brand that is pure joy.
They ship to the UK, and I often have a look (especially when they’ve got a sale on 👀) to see if there is anything special that might be worth spending a bit more on postage.

It’s literally a riot of colour, pattern, and print. These clothes are not subtle… and that’s kind of the point.

They’re very much dopamine dressing pieces. And while the brand won’t all be for everyone, it’s 100% worth having a look at.

These are the sort of items that can really add an impact and jolt into you wardrobe, and they do some reall fab and fun accessories as well.

Even just one special piece can really lift and outfit, and be a really aweseome piece to mix and match into your wardrobe.

Just keep your outfits simple around it, and let the piece do the work.

In terms of colour seasons…

A lot of the colours in Gorman pieces span across multiple colour seasons.

But as we’ve talked about before, the key is to look for items where around 75% of the colours sit within your season, that’s what helps it feel really harmonious on you and to work with your season.

And if something doesn’t quite fit your season, don’t write it off completely, just wear it on your lower half, away from your face, and it becomes much easier to make it work.
